What You Will Do • As Junior Sales Manager you will be supporting the Senior Sales Manager in handling, processing and guiding requests, quotes and orders both externally and internally. • Formulating and specifying design requirements for new cheese moulds. • Initiate an interdisciplinary consultation with various internal parties to assess applications and / or to determine the approach (design / technical production). • Visiting existing and new domestic and foreign customers to promote and sell the products produced by Laude. • Conducting tests with (new) cheese moulds (at the customer's) to determine product specifications and operation check. • Handling complaints and then providing follow-up during the 'after-sales' phase. • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys. • Reporting the status of requests, 'current' quotations, complaints handling and quarterly realized customer satisfaction to the Head of Sales. • Participating in and visiting trade fairs. You will be travelling approx. 20% of your time to our customer sites. • You have at least 1-3 years of experience in business-to-business sales or similar areas. • You have a strong engineering / technical background. Experience and education in Mechanical Engineering is a plus • You are fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
